Quality Control: Parts will be inspected during manufacturing, then inspection again before packing, Inspection Report can be provided before shipping. iMission will be responsible for all the reworking/remade and shipping cost if there is any quality problems.

What File Format we can accept: IGES(igs), STEP(stp), SolidWorks (sodprt), PRT, AutoCad...

Packing&Delivery: Ensure the parts are safe during shipment, we usually use bubble bag, pearl cotton, Paper Jam, tape, carton box and wooden carton based on parts material and size, sure, your request will be the first choice; 7 ~ 30 days is the normally delivery time unless special demand.
